All products on this website are available for nationwide delivery to the whole of the UK . Delivery is completed (next day or future date as required) by courier, Parcel Force or Royal Mail subject to the delivery option specified by the customer . If no option is offered the customer may in any event select a different method of delivery by contacting us by email at dispatch@raintreegifts.co.uk .

Senders Responsibility

It is the senders responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and details given for the recipient are correct and complete. We will not accept any responsibility or costs incured for non delivery to an intended recipient where this information is either incomplete or incorrect. This includes the Postcode. It is the senders responsibility to ensure that a recipient will be at the delivery address to receive their gift. We will not offer a replacement gift at a later time where a recipient is away, on holiday or simliar. It is not possible to re-direct a gift once dispatch has taken place.

Defective Products

It is the customers obligaiton to notify any defect within our products within 24 hours of receipt and to arrange a return with us within 7 days . Failure to do so may result in us refusing to accept return the products , issue a replacement or provide a full refund .
